Rungcheewin Recruitment Co., Ltd. (RCW), founded by Mr. Kamthon in 2003, is a leading recruitment agency that provides a wide range of Overseas recruitment and services to clients around the World.

With over 2 decade-long experience in the international HR domain, we have recruited countless qualified workers and have been recognized by our partners and recruits alike as trustworthy and distinguished.

Our responsibilities

Our purpose is to offer great opportunities for Thai people who are in need of starting a new career in foreign countries. At the same time, provide the best selections of qualified and trained recruits to clients all around the World.

Moreover, our company has been granted by the Ministry of Education to operate our own Training Center, which offers skillful training classes and lectures in various domains including Civil constructing, Mechanical Engineering, Caregiving, Language learning, etc. At the end of training, certificates will be given to recruits who passed the qualification test.
